34 e non sentirli! Buon 5 ottobre a tutti, avrei potuto mettere una foto con torta e candeline ma, dal momento che proprio oggi qualcuno ha voluto un referendum sulla legge cosiddetta "salvacoste", preferisco postare un famoso manifesto di Costantino Nivola ed invitare tutti a fare altro!

Grazie a tutti per gli sms, le email e i regali!Mi hanno fatto molto piacere. L'ultimo regalo me lo ha fatto chi da deciso di non votare... :-)

Nei tre referendum in Sardegna ha vinto l'astensionismo: non e' stato raggiunto il quorum. L'iniziativa mirava ad abrogare la legge salvacoste e alcuni articoli della norma sulla gestione dell'acqua (gestore unico e tariffa unica). Alle 19 aveva votato il 14,2%: 202 mila cittadini rispetto ai 1.471.797 degli aventi diritto. Il quorum era di 500mila elettori. E' stato un test per la Giunta Soru, che ha varato le norme oggetto dei referendum.

"In 2003, at 46, he (Renato Soru) decided to go into politics, launching "Project Sardinia" on the centre-left, committed to checking the despoliation of the coastline by what he called "savage tourism".
One year later, Mr Soru swept to power as president of the Sardinian region. His first act, to the fury of the developers, was to freeze all building within two kilometres (1.25 miles) of the coast. "This is a measure that will protect Sardinia and Sardinians for the next 500 years," he said.
As more and more of the Mediterranean is essentially destroyed by resort tourism, the message is bound to spread. Mr Soru's new role as "Ambassador for the Coasts" in the UN's Environment Programme gives him the chance to spread the word."
